Hey guys, i've been trying to troubleshoot this issue for a while but had no success. Basically, i'm having issues running a 2nd display from my laptop. When nothing is happening on the 2nd display (nothing moving) my inbuilt main display works fine, as soon as something happens on the 2nd monitor my main display lags. This makes it impossible for me to play games on my main display while watching a youtube video on the 2nd display.
I've updated and reinstalled my GPU drivers.
Made sure the programs are running off the 860m.
Tried uninstalling nvidia experience
Tried changing power settings.
Tried changing aero settings.
Tried changing which display was the main one. (THIS WORKS BUT MEANS I CAN'T PLAY GAMES ON THE LAPTOP SCREEN WHICH I WANTED)
Hardware -
i7 4710MQ, Nvidia 860m 2GB, 8GB DDR3, 120GB SSD, 1TB HDD. I can add more specifics if needed.
