Hey guys. I just finished installing Yosemite 10.10.3 using UniBeast, MultiBeast and Clover.
Everything is working great so far, for the most part.
Specs:
- Intel Core i7-4790k
- 16 GB DDR3 1600Mhz generic Corsair RAM
- Asus Z87-Pro Motherboard
- Asus DVD drive
- Old 160GB HDD (EFI/OSX in GPT format)
- Segate Baracuda 3TB HDD (MBR, Windows 8.1)
So, I installed OS X via Unibeast, then ran Multibeast, moved Chimera to my EFI, then switched to Clover using the generic Intel HD 4600 config.plist on the Tonymacx86 thread found here
I have an occasional bug where I can't interact with Clover, but other than that things are working well.
Except when I plug in my DVD drive. If I boot up OS X with my DVD drive installed it opens repeatedly. It will stay open if I let it stay open, but the way my case is right now, it automatically opens and then is forced closed.
Also, i am not sure which Realtek Audio kext I need, but I'm using my Komplete Audio 6 fir my main audio, and I have no idea what WI-FI chip this thing is using, so I'll have to figure that out.
