Can anyone help me find out whick version of OS X, if any, I can install on my laptop?

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3531 laptop, and it's far from being the best thing for OS X.

CPU: Intel Celeron N2830

Graphics: Intel HD Integrated

If you need more, tell me (most people just tell me to stop at my processor, so I only gave what I thought was really needed)!
