Is my computer compatible with OS X and if so how difficult is it to install?

Basically I have a Macbook Pro but it's getting old. I love my PC for gaming and whatnot but I love iMovie and my Macbook can't really handle what I want to do anymore. So I have 4 questions:

1. Is my computer compatible with OS X? Specs Here
   
2. How easy/hard is it to install OS X? I'm not computer illiterate but I'm not a genius either.
   
3. Can I dual boot (like Bootcamp) between Windows and OS X?
   
4. Is there an easy way to use iMovie on Windows without installing OS X?
