Here is my exact setup ASUS P7P55D-e LX i5 760 Nvidia GTX 760 Samsung Evo 250GB SSD
First thing you want to do is create an installer disk. Google any old guide that directs you on how to create a clover Yosemite installer. Be warned though, when installing clover you will want to install it in legacy mode (Don't select UEFI only or ESP install) and select boot0ss. Check the drivers boxes, you want them all, and install rc scripts to target.
Now, in the BIOS you will want to set both the intel and marvel SATA to AHCI mode. Then you will want to suspend mode set to S3 only. All other settings can be default.
In the installer, you want to format your disk as HFS+ Journaling and Case Sensitive (Case sensitive is important for steam). Use GPT NOT MBR
Next you will want to copy these kexts into Installer/EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.10/ Download Kexts
Put the DSDT.aml into Installer/EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched/ Download DSDT
Put the config.plist in Installer/EFI/CLOVER/ (overwrite the current config) Download Config
Now put the USB into your desktop, press f8, boot from the drive and install away. This takes two boots into the installer, so after it reboots, you will boot back to installer (with f8). On the 2nd reboot you will then boot with f8 again and this time select boot OS X from the hard drive (not usb). This will boot you all the way up to setup where you will have working LAN and audio. You will need to install clover and copy the files again once booted to desktop. Same config applies. Voodoo is a little, well, spotty and YMMV. The system is totally vanilla, and you don't have to worry about upgrades. Just install normally, and clover will patch accordingly. The config should take care of using the app store as well.
