Installed OS X onto partition, boots into chimera, still kernal panic. Tried installing nullcpupowermanagement.kext but nothing's working. Any more ideas as to what I can do?

Title says it all, boots into chimera, gives me the option between os, and when I boot into OS X I get the same kernal error.
