Scaling resolution on VMWare

I have Yosemite running on VMWare Workstation 11. It works almost flawlessly on my Asus UX303LN laptop.

My problem is with the resolution. My laptop screen is 3200x1800 and Yosemite is displaying at that resolution. Everything is way too small for me to read without having my face a few inches away from the screen. The display settings in Yosemite also dont give me any other options.

Is there any way to force another resolution or force some scaling options?
