For some reason, I simply cannot get Safari to load the HTML5 player. It keeps requesting me to install the Silverlight plugin, which is unnecessary, since it's preferable to use Chrome instead.

The reason I want to use the HTML5 player in Safari instead of Chrome, is that Chrome is limited to 720p. Safari HTML5 player is the only way to play Netflix content in 1080p on a Mac, as seen here.

Does anyone have any clue how to go about getting Netflix to play using HTML5 in Safari on a Hackintosh?
I have an i7 4790k, GTX 970, and my Hackintosh is listed as a late 2013 27" iMac in About This Mac.
