El Capitan on Dell XPS 8900 - Clover stuck on +++++++++ screen

Hello,

I am trying to install El Capitan on my Dell XPS 8900 with Nvidia Geforce 960 using the Skylake Starter Guide on TonyMac. I am using the following boot flags in Clover: kext-dev-mode=1 -v nv_disable=1 nv_drv=0

However, there is no Aptio file on my Clover EFI partition in \EFI\CLOVER.

Any suggestions on how to get past it? I am stuck at this point.
