At the moment I'm choosing between a H97 or a Z97 motherboard, and I don't know where to look. Documentation as to what does and doesn't work appears to be sporadic when it comes to individual mobos?
Here's my criteria:
mATX (I'd want a PCI Express x1 slot for wifi)
Z97/H97, I might want to overclock in the future
I need a hackintosh-compatible wifi card, and I am considering the TL-WDN4800 for its compatibility.
Working integrated ethernet - documentation on this is hard to come by
Working on-board audio - also hard to find online
I'd want to dual or even triple boot in the future but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.
I've been trying to research this for quite some time now but I've found motherboard specs to be relatively difficult to sort and sift through - which is why I'd be willing to hear from those much more experienced with hackintosh. Thoughts? Suggestions?
