GA-Z87MX-D3H based hackintosh restarts in shutdown

I built myself an hackintosh a while ago - all good but most oft the time (not always) it restarts itself after shutdown. I hear the "power off clicking off the power supply and after a few seconda it clivks again and the power supply fan starts spinning and my hackintosh is booting.

My config:

GA-Z87MX-D3H i7-4770K Corsair CS550M Crucial, D316GB 1600-9 BX Sport XT

Any ideas?!
