Kernel panic on El Capitan

Hello, i am trying to install El Capitan and get this kernel panic. I have already tried npci=0x2000 and nv_disable=1. How can i fix it?

My build: ASUS B85M-G i5 4560 MSI GTX 970 8GB RAM
