Pick up a surplus Optiplex 780 from Ebay or craiglist. Bump it up to 8 gigs, get an ATI 5450 1 gig video card and a 240 gig SSD. Head over to insanelymac.com or any one of the other hackintosh fan sites and find the El Capitan install guide for the 780 Optiplex. Follow it step by step and you will have a very functional and fast Mac for about $150. :)
