So I was able to successfully boot into the OS X installer on my computer and run through everything and install El Capitan on a USB. When I try and boot up there is only a legacy boot option, not an EFI one. Mac OS anything only works (at least on my computer) if I can boot as an EFI device. How do I force it to make the USB an EFI device in the installer?
