Want to turn pc to hackintosh..

Hi, I want to turn my windows pc to osx. I have the spec:

i7 4790k, Gigabyte GTX970, Msi Gaming 5, 4GB Corsiar 8GB Corsair

Is my spec compatible? How do I install osx? I only have windows pc computers..
