What is the best closed loop all-in-one water cooling solution? I was looking into some and most use software designed for Windows and I don't know if that software would be necessary or not for optimal performance. Im looking for a 120 single or 140 single. Don't really need to spend extra for double. The reason Im going to water cooling is to reduce the noise level in my case.
