I'm trying to make my UP2414Q run at 4K@60Hz and the last thing I've tried is the pixel clock patcher v2 from github with SwitchResX.
I got SIP disabled and ran the IOKit and nVidia patches, created a HiDPI resolution, but still no signal from the monitor. It's really annoying not being able to get 60Hz on Mac OS when it works by default on Windows.
