Okay, here's the deal. I have been at this whole hackintosh thing for weeks now, reinstalling, solving problems and getting CLOSER and CLOSER to making everything work. I've bee using Unibeast to install El Capitan this whole time. Before I ask my question, here are my specs for reference -
Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 @2.20 GHz
PNY NVidia Geforce GT 720 1GB
4GB RAM
Now, like I mentioned, everything is working fine, aside from graphics. The solutions to enabling QE/CI vary, depending on your GPU and who you ask, but no matter what I do, I can't seem to get them to work. I installed Web Drivers, which caused my system to stop booting altogether, -v telling me the "Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport Error." (Even when I "activated" them with the nvda_drv=1 flag) I tried moving Intel/AMD kexts with -s, didn't work. I tried A LOT of solutions on the internet, and none of them worked. (DSMOS never "arrived" however, so that could've been an issue. I'm pretty sure from my research it has something to do with EasySMC, but I don't have access to a Mac to move things around) I ended up restoring from a Time Machine backup, and now I'm scared to reinstall the Web Driver in the event that my system won't boot anymore. Some have told me it could have something to do with my SMBIOS being Mac Pro 3,1, but I am unable to even boot when changing it to anything other than that. I attempted DSDT injection, but the tutorial I used, on the TonyMac blog, was very vague, so I had to do a lot of guessing. And if I don't do anything, the computer won't even boot unless I use the flag nv_disable=1, which stinks because I can place all of my GPU info into Clover, which I believe should solve my problem, aside from the fact that I still can't boot w/o the disable flag. Inject NVidia also causes the Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport error, so that hasn't proven to be much help either.
I just want to get graphics running properly so I can use my hackintosh.
