So, in the summer of 2014 I set up a nicely working hackintosh.
i5 GA-Z87MX-D3H GTX 770 Mavericks (thru Clover)
It runs great, but I'd like to move from Mavericks to El Capitan. OSX is installed to a SSD, my user folder to a different drive. I assume I'm better off just doing a fresh install of OSX (El Cap) to my boot drive as if this were a new machine. Right? I'm being nervous and dumb about this for no reason, I can feel it. It's just that because this thing has worked so flawlessly, I haven't even thought about any hackintosh stuff since the initial build and I'm feeling rusty. Any sage advice for me?
