So, before I begin, these are my laptop's specs. Yes I know it is old. Yes I know it is a piece of garbage:
Toshiba Satellite C655-S5132
Intel Celeron 925 - 2.3 GHz
3 GB DDR3 RAM
Intel GMA 4500m
InsydeH20 BIOS rev. 3.5
I've pretty much tried almost everything. Clover; legacy and UEFI mode, Niresh's Yosemite and Mavericks Zone, Pandora installer, Multibeast and Unibeast, and just some manual work with terminal and Disk Utility. I would love to have El Capitan but Mavericks or Yosemite would do just fine, I suppose.
I've only been able to get the Zone installers to boot, as the others my laptop refuses to recognise as bootable, but the Zone installers start up and hang at a ø symbol. My install media is a 16gb Toshiba flash drive.
So, is there anything else I can do? Thanks everyone!
