Can Windows be installed on a partition of a Mac OS X Data drive. Not Boot Drive?

Here is my Setup

SSD for Mac OS X

1 TB HDD - DATA OSX

1 TB HDD (500 GB Windows - 250 GB Carbon Copy Image of SSD - 250 GB DATA HDD BACKUP)

Would something like this work? Windows is not on the same drive as Mac OS X but the the drive holds my boot backup.
