[Question] what system def do i have to use

Hi,

I'm new in the Hackintosh world and thougth the system def is only "for fun" ... Little did i know it has impact on performance :$

Now is my question what is the best system def i can use and are there some extra steps i have to follow instead of starting multibeast and click the right one?
