10.11 build with 2 SSDs. Works, but will not boot either drive internally. Only if one is in an external USB case.

I've built a few hackintosh. I'm ok at this, certainly not a pro. This has me lost.

I'm using Clover, v3556. It is installed on both. Either SSD will show up as an EFI bootable drive on my ASUS BIOS . The exact same drive will show up when connect to internal SATA, but not as EFI.

Connecting via external USB is the only way I have found to boot either SSD.

Note: There were 3 SSDs, one that was used as my 'USB boot drive' up and died. Could be nothing. Could be related.

Any help greatly appreciated.
