Can't Dual Monitor - GTX 760 - El Capitan

In the "About this Mac" it says EVGA GeForce GTX 760 0 MB

I currently have two monitors plugged in. Only the DVI is being recognized, the HDMI is not.

I have tried Multibeast with Inject Nvidia. Tried the web drivers, tried GraphicsEnabler=No & Yes.

Am I doing something wrong here?
