Cant get my gtx 970 working

I have installed El Cap 10.11.5 and everything works well. The only problem ist that I can't get my gtx970 working.

I did it like this:

1) Boot with nv_disable=1

2) Install the correct web driver

3) Tick the Nvidia Web Driver option in Nvidia Driver Manger Preferences

4) Restart with nvda_drv=1 Now it starts loading, my screen goes to sleep and the system restarts. When i type in nv_disable=1 I am able to boot again, but can't use my gtx 970 that way. Help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance and sorry for the bad english.
