Installing Hackintosh on my machine, looking for some help

Hi,

I've got a Dell Vostro 1015 (Laptop), I've tried installing Snow Leopard on the device a couple of years ago and some tries later I got it working except I couldn't find a kext for my graphics card (Intel GMA4500MHD), though I now see the hackinotsh community evolved for the better, so I wanna know and get your recommendations for the best method to get El Capitan working on this laptop.

Here are my specs:
* Device: Dell Vostro 1015
* CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo T6570
* RAM: 4GB (DDR2)
* HDD: A Toshiba HDD that's 320GB @ 5400RPM
* GPU: Intel GMA4500MHD
* LAN: Realtek RTL(Something not sure) though I'm 100% sure it has got a kext.
* WLAN: Dell Wireless 1397 (Uses a Broadcom chip).

I really need your help guys, please point me in the right direction, I don't have a Mac to get a disc ready so what should I get? Any guides and such?
