Built a hackintosh last year and then ended up needing to turn it into a workstation so i could do some work from home, but im looking to build a second desktop so i can have my amazing hackintosh back, but my question is what is the best part per dollar, i plan to budget around $800 for the hackintosh. Cant decide if i should go skylake or stick with haswell and then should i get a GTX 1070 or just put my 960 in the hackintosh and put a 1070(maybe 1080) in my workstation. There wouldnt be any way i could run osx on my ESXi 6.0 server would there? its got dual intel cpu's and i can order a GPU and place it in the server as its 2U i can stick a smaller one in?
