[Need help] Just inherited a PowerMac G5 and want to update it to the modern era

Hey all,

I just inherited a PowerMac G5 (without the RAM and HD). I want to update it to the modern era, and, hopefully, be able to dual boot windows 7/Mac OSX Mavericks. I am brand new to the Hackintosh scene, but I have built my own PC.

Where should I start? What all do I have to replace and what all can I keep?
