I'm running Ubuntu 14.04 on a pc laptop. I have a Macbook with a blank, formatted HFS+ hard drive. I have a Mavericks .iso file, and a usb formatted as hfs+. Using Ubuntu, how can I put the iso on the usb, and boot the macbook to Mavericks OS?
