It take too long to shutdown when a usb keyboard plugged in.

hi everyone. My platform is 10.11.3(iMac14,2) + Asus Rog m7i + i7 5775c.When I plug in a usb keyboard,os shutdown process may take a long time.

I add '-v' to the boot argument,it displays "CPU Halted" when I shutdown,then display turn off but CPU Fans/Fans LED/VGA LED somehow continue working for about 20~30 seconds.When I remove my keyboard,every component stop working as soon as the display screen turn off.

I know it has to be related to USB.I remove 15-ports-limit using clover patch(with no dsdt or editing kexts).Is there anything post-steps that I should take to fix this problem?
